Refund policy

All of our products are made to order and printed individually for each customer.
Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If applicable, please include clear photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All products are made to order and therefore non-returnable.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
We are not selling outside of the US. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
