Shipping policy
All of our products are printed on demand through our production in North Carolina, and are made individually for each customer.
Production time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment. During busy periods, production may take a little longer.
Shipping time:
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
• Domestic (within the same region as printing): usually 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
• International: 2–6 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services.
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Customs & import fees:
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of shipment at info@clartactics.com, and we’ll make it right.
